How much is delivery?

It depends on your suburb and how many sacks you need. Delivery may be arranged with our own driver or a courier, subject to availability. Send us your address and quantity so we can confirm the options and quote the cost with your beads.

Can I send my own courier?

Yes, any time in office hours. Tell the courier each sack is about 900 × 600 mm and 4–5 kg. Sacks are light but bulky, so national couriers price them by volume and it often costs more than the beads.

I am outside Gauteng. Can you deliver?

Contact us with your town, postcode and number of sacks. We can look into courier options and confirm whether delivery is possible, along with the cost, before you order. Sacks are bulky, so transport costs can be significant.

Can you send my filling with Pudo?

We do not recommend Pudo for our standard filling sacks: the bags are too large to fit in their locker boxes. Please ask us about a suitable courier or collection option before booking transport.

How do I pay?

For collection: card, cash or EFT at the counter. For delivery and bulk orders: a pro-forma by email, EFT, then send us the proof of payment and we schedule the order. Ready in about 2 working days, often sooner.
